Pilates & Yoga

We welcome an afternoon workshop for those curious to explore the benefits of Yoga and Pilates in a small, supportive environment while reconnecting with their mind and body to build confidence and resilience.

Why This Event?

Bullying leaves lasting emotional and mental scars. This event provides a safe and supportive space where participants can heal, build resilience, and regain confidence through the power of Yoga and Pilates

Yoga provides a mental and emotional reset, helping participants release tension, find balance, and regain control through breath and mindful movement.
Pilates strengthens both body and mind, fostering self-worth, resilience, and emotional well-being, empowering participants to navigate stress and reclaim their inner strength.

Schedule:
11am – Welcome healthy shots
11:30 – Yoga (45mins)
12:45 – Pilates (45mins)
13:45 – Herbal Teas
14:15 – Light Healthy Nibbles / Networking
15:00 – Finish

Cost: A minimum donation of £30 is required, but any donation greater than £30 is very welcome
